We went into the Portsmouth store to see what was available having visited the website. Vickey approached us and asked if we wanted any help. She listened to our requirements, showed us what matched them and gave us a price. We were not pressurised, but were very impressed with the products and Vickey’s knowledge and understanding of our needs.

Vicky looked after us very well. She was very knowledgeable and was very respectful of keeping within the 2 meter distance but managed to show us around and talk through our options for our new bed and mattress Delivery is in 3 weeks which is very good and she arranged for the collection and dispersal of our existing bed. We highly recommend Vicky to give confidence in ordering from your store. We have not been to “ Dreams “ before and I hope when the bed arrives we will be fully satisfied in the quality and comfort of our purchase
