Helpful, knowledgeable assistant who allowed us time to look around before offering assistance. All questions answered satisfactorily. Sale completed quickly and efficiently. Reassurance given to contact the store if we would like further assistance or had any queries regarding the purchase. Copy of the purchase received promptly by email. Happy with the price of the item.

Tom was very helpful and informative, he made our shopping experience very nice and made us both feel Like we were not given the usual hard sale. We were happy with our purchase and know thanks to Tom that we have definitely made the right choice.

When we arrived we was able to browse and Edwards then introduced himself and once we showed him what we were looking for he gave us all the help we need we were looking for even going through all the different mattresses and took a lot of time and patience with us as we were quite fussy on what we were looking forAlso he was very informative on the products we were looking at is a credit to dreams and to be part of your team
