A young man called Liam served me and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He was friendly and bubbly and a real delight to speak to. I wish all retail staff could be as helpful as Liam. The world really does need more liams, he brightened my day at a time like this. (COVID) thank you Liam!!!

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by a member of staff. Harry had not been in the store very long but was very knowledgeable of the products on offer. I asked to see a mattress which I saw online and was shown to the said mattress. The mattress was too soft for me as i suffer with back problems so Harry suggested using the special bed which works out the best mattress for me. Very strange laying on this but got the results quickly. I was then shown suitable mattresses for my back and was given the time to lay down on them many times. I finally chose the mattress that was within my budget and Harry told me about delivery and removal of my old mattress. All in all a great experience from the Dreams team. Thank you

We were greeted almost straight away we were offered refreshments we were shown lots of different mattresses and a choice of the beds we were looking at and was given lots of information about them also the insurance cover we could take out and when we purchased are items it didn't take long at all well done dreams at Portsmouth very satisfied customer

From the moment I entered the store I was made to feel welcome. The salesman (Sean) listened to my requirements and talked me through the procedure of the measuring machine. He then told me to take my time when choosing which mattress was the best for me.
