We had been to John Lewis beforehand and were unimpressed by the stock, the assistance and the 17 week waiting times

Needed two beds for the new spare room and got out quotation 2 weeks ago then when the time was ready we were able to revisit the Store and make our order! Very efficient and we received good service.

We arrived about 20 minutes before closing, the shop manager Paul was incredibly helpful and made sure we chose the right mattress for us. He had a fountain of knowledge which we found very useful as we were quite confused over what mattress was right for us. Paul made time to talk us though the different options. Upon making our decision Paul arranged all of the paperwork for us in the shop even though it was closing time, he arranged a delivery with a week lead time which we were happy with and arrangements for our old mattress to be taken away.

I visited twice in one day and on both occasions the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and understanding of my needs. Service was the best I have ever received in a retail shop and I have already recommended Dreams to others.

We were very pleased with the welcome and care given by the store employee who was very helpful and informative. The ordering process was straight forward and went through without a problem.

The staff at the Bognor store were very helpful and knowledgeable. Provided the advice and information we needed and then gave us time to look and try on our own. The assistant that served us (I think was called Elizabeth) was extremely helpful she listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. Friendly staff and lovely clean store.

The assistant was very helpful didn't feel rushed into making a decision over all a very professional experience.
