The advisor that assisted us was very polite and listened to what we were looking for and suggested we try the sleep machine, which was a fun experience, and then was shown a selection of springless mattresses and got to try them out to see what suited us. He was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff, so decided there and then to get one. He even managed to get us a Saturday delivery which suited us too. Good experience all round.

I was looked after by Laura at the Bognor store. And i have to say she was excellent, knowledgeable helpful not pushy I am happy to say that she made the experience the best I’ve ever had from a sales person. I’ve worked in the retail industry and she is a Credit to your company I could not be happier

I visited the Dreams store in Bognor at the weekend and was assisted by Mark in buying my new bed. Mark was absolutely brilliant, very chatty and kind and made me feel at ease right away. I was very picky in what I had in mind for my new bed and had a tight budget to go along with it, but Mark was so knowledgeable, and was able to find me the perfect bed frame and mattress which amazingly, was under my price range, thanks to my mattress being heavily reduced. Mark was able to assist me with the finance forms and was able to stretch to a deposit that was right for me, something which was greatly appreciated. From the moment I walked through the door I had a great experience with Dreams and I will most definitely be reccomending to friends and family.
