The member of staff who help us, I think his name was Mark?, Was very patient, knowledgeable of the products, gave enough attention to us but also knew when we needed time to have a look ourselves and not pushy. The store had lots of variety with mattresses

Was greeted straight away as we walked into the shop asked if we had a good Christmas. We explained what we were looking for and went on sleep match. David understood what we were looking for and had an amazing knowledge on the mattress. And was able to recommend us mattress to try. We were given in detail information on each one and me and my wife felt that David had lots of knowledge so we trusted his advice and made us feel confident in the purchase we were about the make. Also David was helpful with our little girl who is 2 brought books for her which made the process easy for us.
