Having shopped with Dreams previously we new that the products on sale where of good quality. On this visit to the Bognor Regis store we were looking to upgrade our mattress due to back issues. The store attendant was more than helpful, she new the products inside out and gave us the detail we needed to make our decision. Having spent most of my working life in the customer service industry I know how hard it is to get staff who are committed to giving the customer the best service possible. I am pleased to say Dreams have a great team at their Bognor store and I would recommend it to everyone who asks me.
