Was given information but also not pestered or pressured. Was made a cuppa and left alone to lay on a couple of mattresses to decide between.

I wanted to get a single mattress for my son's room but didn't want to pay a huge amount and we had previously bought a discounted mattress and wanted to do the same for the single mattress. Mark at the Bognor Regis branch was really helpful by phoning me to let me know there was a single mattress in stock and he reserved it for me and I collected it the next day with him helping me put it in the car.

A few days ago I purchased a sleepeezee mattress and ottoman base from your Bognor store. I would like to say the experience of purchase was excellent I spoke to Elizabeth(Lizzy)on three separate occasions over 2 days I found it very refreshing to speak to someone who was very knowledgeable with your products and extremely helpful with the many questions I needed answering before I would make a purchase also she was unbelievably professional at her job with a first class attitude which I found very east to deal with you are lucky to have her as a member of staff.

I went to Bognor Branch. I was approached by a lady as I entered, but I was not ready to discuss my needs. She acknowledged this and made me feel able to approach her once I had looked around. Later Mark spoke to me. He established my needs and budget. He offered options including some clearance mattresses which enabled me to purchase a "better" mattress at a price well inside max budget. Arranging delivery was smooth and free which is good. Mark built a rapport with me and clearly is a natural sales person.

Myself and my partner visited the Bognor Regis store yesterday afternoon. We were looking for a mattress that would be appropriate and suitable for both of our needs. Here we stumbled upon Chris, an employee, who was absolutely magnificent at helping us and was so quick to guide us towards the SleepMatch machine after he identified how clueless we were on what mattress we needed! He assisted us around the store locating which beds we matched with and offering all the advice in the world about each and every style and material of mattress (here’s me thinking there was 1 or 2..). This eventually led to us going off the beaten track and choosing a mattress that was more than perfect for both of us, something hidden in the corner, one of a kind and luckily, in the clearance! He’s not only saved us time and money, but was so accommodating and understanding of our needs and wants, not to mention, budget!
