very helpful staff, knowledgeable, and took time to show us everything we were interested in.

Staff were attentive but not pushy and allowed us time to look and discuss and were helpful when we needed them. We went back the next day to place an order and this was made an easy process

I was assisted by a lady by the name of Melissa in Bognor Regis Branch. She was very patient with me because I kept asking her so many questions. She knew the products very well and advised me accordingly. She was really friendly and she made me feel at ease all the time I was around. She has really good good customer service qualities.

On entering the store I immediately felt comfortable, as the store was well laid out and clean and tidy. The store manager David, offered his services and could not have been more accomadating. He made the whole process very painless! It was obvious he had lots of experience which made me feel at ease and confident I was getting the rite product for my needs. He wasn`t pushy like some sales people can be, and gave me the space I needed to think things through before making my purchase. The whole process was very slick and I knew I had got a good deal. Would certainly go back again!

David Scot the Store Manager was great, he didn't hassle us during our visit to the Bognor Regis site, assistance was given as needed.

We were looking for a king size mattress which is 'turnable' as these days most are not. David, who served us, was very helpful and, although it was a single size, he found the mattress we were looking for so that we were able to see the quality and firmness. There was approximately a 6 week wait for delivery but we were happy to wait for it.

David, the store manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in the advice he gave us with regards to the appropriate mattress for us as well as the best for the type of bed frame we needed. He was also incredibly friendly and genuinely interested in discussing our needs.
