The assistant was very helpful and really knew what she was talking about, she answered all our questions quickly and without reference to any paperwork.

Came in to buy a single bed/mattress for my little boy, Sophie the lady that helped me was excellent. She gave me a full description of the different beds, mattresses and pillows Dreams had to offer. And between us we decided what the best option was for my little boy! Very friendly, easy to understand and very helpful in helping me make my decision.

Staff were really friendly and took time to work out what I was looking for. They persuaded me to try a mattress that was more than o wanted to pay but was actually so amazing I bought it! The mattress and bedding are great quality and I got two free extras!

I just went in and grabbed a full single bed set including a mattress. Sophie was very helpful and suggested that if I was sleeping on that every night I wouldn't find it that comfortable. She rightly up-sold a more suitable mattress.

Displayed product gave us the opportunity to make an informed choice for our purchase. Pricing was clearly displayed. Staff assistance was professional.
