I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were at the Filton store, especially as we went in to order a bed near closing time. We were shown options to suit our budget and given very good information and choices.

Friendly staff. Very understanding and knowledgable. Mike and Grace were kind and helpful. I would like to congratulate them both for a very pleasurable experience. The store in Filton Bristol was the first store we went too. We then went on to look around , paid a visit to Cribs Causeway store but went back to the Filton store to see Mike and place our order with him. He was great.
