The lady who served us couldn't do enough for us. She was both polite and very helpful makibg my husband and I feel valued.

The assistant was very helpful and showed empathy towards my mum and dad who were purchasing the bed because they are both in their ninetees. My mum is severely disabled and cannot see very well. The assistant was very patient.

Our young sales assistant Abbie at your Filton Bristol branch was very attentive and also very knowledgeable of the products we were buying. It was our first port of call and I had intended shopping around before making a purchase but the service given made life a lot simpler so the sale was a no brainier, well done Abbie and to you Dreams.

The woman showed me the different types of springs and how they looked inside; she encouraged me to take as long as I needed and her information clarified everything so well
