ALSO MAKE A MUG OF COFFEE FOR ME THESE 2 LADIES EXPLAINED EVERYTHING I ASKED ABOUT WITH GOOD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT BED AND MATTRESSES. THAT IS WHY I BOUGHT THAT DAY THIS 2 LADIES ARE A CREDIT TO DREAMS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS I WANT GO BACK AGAIN

The staff were friendly and helpful and he had great product knowledge. We got to use the dreams ‘bed fitting’ machine which was really unexpected but really cool, and we were really happy with the choice of mattresses. It was also really nice that the staff were mindful of our budget and didn’t just try and sell us something super expensive.

Store manager - I thinks he was called Grace - was very helpful, explained all the different mattresses to us, wasn’t pushy. We felt that she was genuinely trying to sort us out with what we needed.

I bought a bed about 10 years ago from Dreams and was very pleased with it, so I returned. Sophie was excellent, friendly, informative and took great pains with us, especially as my partner has Parkinsons. Sophie could not do enough for us, showing the various bed frames and different mattresses that she felt would suit our needs. We took the computerised test too which in itself was interesting. After purchasing the bed I noticed the bedside tables; was also interested in the matching fabric covered bedside tables and she took the trouble to confirm the fabric was the same as used on the frame. I was undecided but Sophie confirmed they were available if i decided to add then to my order. I shall call soon and do so.

I saw the bed that I wanted online, went into the store, the lady was very helpful, showed me the bed I’d been looking at and within10 minutes ordered.
