Sophie was brilliant from the start to the end. She made me feel welcomed. Her knowledge was second to none. She explained in-depth the differences between the mattresses, materials, and prices etc. She was very patient and friendly. One of the best customer service experience I had for a long time. Sophie attended to our needs in a very professional manner. She explained how your special bed can indicate our preferences and we were delighted with the outcome. Sophie led us to several beds to try the mattresses and we were able to select one with a minimum of fuss. She then took our order, making helpful suggestions and all was completed promptly. A very pleasant experience, helped by an extremely helpful assistant

The member of staff (Grace) was brilliant. She gave us lots of assistance without being pushy.

Mike took the time to listen to what i wanted. gave assistance. Demonstrated the product (ottoman bed) gave me time to myself wasnt pushy During my order another customer had coughing fit and without hesitation he politely asked me to wait to assist with getting her water which of course i did not mind in the slightest i wouldve been shocked if he hadnt gone to help so this was very good in my opinion

Friendly easy going staff. Provided us with clear information and were adaptable.

The assistant was very helpful cheerful and had the feeling that nothing would be too much trouble, in fact all the staff came across as if they would just as helpful.
