The assistant was extremely patient as we chose the right mattresses for us. Her product knowledge was excellent and she really helped us make the right choice. She was professional, friendly and very informative.

We were very lucky to have Abbie look after us in the Filton store. She was very friendly and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted within our budget. She obviously had a good knowledge of the store and found us a mattress which was in clearance. We were so grateful because we knew that our budget was tight. Will definitely return next time we need a mattress/bed.

We arrived and were greeted and asked that we looked around but then realised we needed more detail so left saying "we'd be back". The sales person (Abbie) was not around when we returned but found us very quickly and we talked through what we were looking for - she was attentive, asked god questions to clarify and made recommendations pointing out different options to us. As we made our purchase and started to look at colours, headboards and extras etc she was again proactive and pointed out offers etc in store. Flexible too in finding us convenient delivery dates and whilst we have some weeks to wait for our purchase to arrive, the buying process was simple and made an enjoyable one through the friendly and helpful approach of Abbie

Mike the sales assistant was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses available and offered us the sleep experience which we did. He discussed the results and showed us the suitable mattresses.( Also offered us a hot chocolate!) We did not feel rushed or hurried and answered all our questions with no pressure to purchase. Making a good all round experience.

Really blown away by the service I received in store. Nothing was too much trouble and I was even offered a coffee, which was fantastic! Very impressed with the sleep match machine. I will be returning in the New year to order my bed. Many thanks.
