Very helpful & informative staff meant I could easily find the correct product.

Item not available in store so Mike offered to check which stores in our area might stock item. None did so Mike went through product details of item we were interested in and showed us similar parts of the item, eg slats, how far into the frame mattress likely to go, on other beds in the store. We were also offered a hot rink (hot chocolate was delicious) and Mike checked out any queries he couldn't answer with other staff. Al in all a highly satisfactory shopping trip.

Could take my time without pressure from staff. Consideration of my requirements. Pleasant staff.

Mike was extremely helpful & provided exceptional service during my visit to dreams.

Abbie was friendly, had a sense of humour, gave us useful information with which to make our decision and showed us the best way to get the greatest deal and value for money. We left after the first visit to go home and check details based on what we'd seen and info given, and returned half an hour later to make our purchase. When we said we were going home to check something there was no 'attitude' which we have experienced elsewhere, and she seemed genuinely pleased to see us again on our return - not just about making a sale - her personality shone through - you need to keep her!!
