Assistant was friendly and able to answer questions. She did not pressurise me. She offered advice when asked and allowed me time to make my own decision. She was efficient once I’d decided and processed the order quickly offering myself and my friend a drink. The store was clean and well laid out with items clearly labelled.

First class customer service from Mike plus friendliness from another staff member,I was able to take my time and not pressured which was nice but he was very kind and helpful.Ihave worked in the retail business for over 40 years until retirement and it was so nice to get such pleasant customer service. People are all too quick to complain but forget to give a compliment when it’s there.well done mike.

I found Mike the salesman to be friendly/helpfiul, nothing was too much trouble, on our arrival we were greeted with a calm friendly approach. they offered us a drink of tea or coffee which was much appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to anyone and we will certainly shop their again.

The staff were friendly and welcoming but did not hover. Mike offered us a drink, demonstrated furniture and answered all our questions. He then gave us time to make up our minds and when we had decided to proceed with the purchase he completed the transaction efficiently.

The sales assistant Sophie was very knowledgeable without being pushy. We did not feel pressured into making a quick decision. The computerised bed assessment of our needs was extremely good.

Sophie was friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what we were after, didn’t push sales too hard and was super polite.
