On entering the store we were met by Sophie who asked if we needed assistance, after a few questions which she answered to our satisfaction we said we were just looking at the moment. We were left to browse which we really appreciated as there is nothing worse than being hounded. When we were ready the assistance we recieved was very good, questions answered with no pressure then on with the sale. The experience for us was very good and when we need a new matteress Dreams is where we shall go.
