Abbie did the sleep test for my husband and I and fully explained the results and the choices in the range for our comfort. Coffee was ordered during our time there, the bed cover insurance was explained. Bought a mattress cover and the range of these available was also explained. The thirty days trial for comfort sleep was also clarified and the cost involved if not happy with our original purchase. Abbie had a smile and patience with us. She also escorted us to the door. The advice and help we got was great. The tester bed which monitored our movements and measurements was helpful to shortlist which mattress we would need. So much better than shopping online with no idea what to buy! The staff were really friendly too.

Nothing was a problem and the young man seemed knowledgable and efficient. The other member of staff was equally friendly and accommodating and made us a hot drink. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. Lovely staff and a pleasant shopping experience.

I have rarely been given such helpful and friendly assistance when shopping. Dreams' Colleague Mike is to be highly commended. I have shopped at Dreams before some years ago and was satisfied then hence the return visit but the service this time was outstanding.
