James was fantastic we had brought a Tempur divan set from your store back in the January sales however this time we needed bedroom furniture we called the store and spoke to James explained we couldn't get to the store so James offered to drive out with a Boucher and tape measure to come over to our house and see what we needed and what would fit James was very useful as he explained the advantages and disadvantages though out the ranges We are very pleased with the service we got and will recommend James at dreams Filton to all our friends and family

Grace was very helpful, not at all pushy. She gave us the information we asked for, was very polite and nothing was too much trouble. We went home with measurements she got for us and returned within the hour to complete our purchase. Excellent service, would definitely recommend this store. We were well looked after during our visit, by Grace. She looked very smart and was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were offered a coffee whilst we were making a decision on our purchase. She went through the various options with us and finally arranged a delivery date that was convenient to us. We were very happy with the whole experience of our visit. We have purchased from this store before and will continue to do so. We would recommend this store to any of our friends who need beds or bedroom items.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and asked specific questions to ensure that the bad frame would fit the mattress that we already had. The process was speedy and the delivery date was just what we wanted.

The assistant explained the different technologies of mattresses and allowed us time to decide . We did not feel at all hurried.
