Your sales lady (Grace) was extremely helpful and I was impressed with her knowledge of all the products on offer. I was made to feel "at home" even offered a hot drink with time not being an issue.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and explained all the product mattress options clearly, as well as the payment options when we decided to purchase. We tried out the mattresses that were of interest to us. I was amazed how expensive some of them were after trying them out, but glad that we were given the time to try all the mattresses properly before coming to a decision about which one to get. I was happy with some of the extra offers, e.g. special pillows at a discount price, but disappointed that the range of linen was very limited to plain colours e.g. cream, even though nice quality. I quite like purple and blue linen as they are soothing sleepy colours. I was happy to find out that the mattress protector also protects from dust mites. Very helpful with my allergies! Nice to have a new duvet too.
