Richard was the staff that attended to us, He was so friendly and courteous and handed things in the most pleasant way mind you this was our second visit to the store.

We entered the store completely unsure of where to start or what kind of bed we wanted to buy. We were welcomed by Micheal who was friendly and very knowledgeable. After just a short chat, he explained all the basics to us and stopped us feeling overwhelmed with all the choices on offer. After listening to our needs and using the machine Michael showed us the best mattresses for us. He also gave us enough time to discuss things over by ourselves and make decisions without feeling watched or pressured like so many “salesmen” can do! After we made a decision Michael explained all the buying options and then again left us to discuss. We were super happy with his service and all the information he gave us. Without his help I’m sure we would still be walking around now trying to make a decision!

After Sunisha sized us up for the correct mattress she showed us round to all the suitable options and we tried all of them out , once we had chosen we looked at all our options for the base , we went for an ottoman style, Sunisha was extremely friendly knowledgeable and made everything simple , we were very happy with our experience.

Marie was brilliant, took us through the process including the technical bed review which showed which bed was fir us. We were actually about to look for the wrong mattress type so it was a good job. Thorough explanation of what we needed and why, good knowledge of the beds. Added bonus of one of her colleagues recommending suitable pillows which we also bought. Top drawer.

Both Ian and Andy helped us get more clarity on our thoughts and plan.

We were met immediately with a knowledgeable and friendly member of staff (Sunisha) - she guided us through the mattress choices, and showed us the ones that were suitable. She clearly explained the features of each mattress and was very patient, and also helpful with our children. Couldn't recommend her services enough, she is a credit to your company.

Staff member was very helpful & knowledgeable he listened to my needs and he recommend suitable products to what I needed not what the machine recommended

All the staff where very polite and welcoming and the college who served us was brilliant great store all round
