Richard was the staff that attended to us, He was so friendly and courteous and handed things in the most pleasant way mind you this was our second visit to the store.

We had a very friendly helpful assistant (Sophie) she was very professional and couldn't do enough for us . Would definitely recommend the store

We entered the store completely unsure of where to start or what kind of bed we wanted to buy. We were welcomed by Micheal who was friendly and very knowledgeable. After just a short chat, he explained all the basics to us and stopped us feeling overwhelmed with all the choices on offer. After listening to our needs and using the machine Michael showed us the best mattresses for us. He also gave us enough time to discuss things over by ourselves and make decisions without feeling watched or pressured like so many “salesmen” can do! After we made a decision Michael explained all the buying options and then again left us to discuss. We were super happy with his service and all the information he gave us. Without his help I’m sure we would still be walking around now trying to make a decision!

Richard was the antithesis of what we expected as a bed salesperson. He was not at all pushy or in our face, we would have walked out without buying anything if he had been! He was patient, unassuming and knowledgeable, we felt we were the ones deciding on our purchase and ended up buying the most expensive one of our options.

Both Ian and Andy helped us get more clarity on our thoughts and plan.

We were met immediately with a knowledgeable and friendly member of staff (Sunisha) - she guided us through the mattress choices, and showed us the ones that were suitable. She clearly explained the features of each mattress and was very patient, and also helpful with our children. Couldn't recommend her services enough, she is a credit to your company.
