Dreams - Lakeside

The assistant Maria at the Lakeside Branch was a delight. I took my elderly mother to buy a bed and Maria was extremely helpful and understanding of my mothers needs. She was patient and caring, constantly offered water and a place to sit. She used the bed test to determine the type of mattress, which was most useful. We were guided through the extensive bed selection and Maria was never rude or phased by my mothers repeated questioning. What I expected to be a nightmare turned into a pleasure and relief for us both.

Danny the sales associate was really helpful and knowledgeable

The assistant was very helpful, offered a drunk and did a sleepmatch on a machine. He then took us to all the recommended products and explained the costs and difference between them to help us make the fight choice.

I have been looking to buy a king size tempur mattress for a long time. I visited lakeside where I first looked in benson beds. I then passes Dream’s beds and had a look. I was happy to find a big range of tempur mattresses to try out. I was served by Sophy who assisted me in understand the different types. It was mainly due to the fantastic expectancy with this sales assistant that I finally decided to place the order for the mattress.

We were approached by Ian shortly after arriving in the store. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and amenable. He was not pushy in any way and gave us time to think about the product before we went back to place the order. He made sure that we were kept up to speed all the way and processed the order very quickly and efficiently.

Brilliant

We were looked after extremely well by Sophie who was extremely helpful and understanding of what we were looking for. She was also the one who greeted us upon arrival and offered us assistance straight away. She offered us drinks throughout our time in store. She also gave us space to sample products and decide on what we wanted and made herself available upon request. This made us very comfortable and gave us an excellent experience. We have shopped at Dreams on many occasions and always had a good experience but this was by far the best.

I took my parents to Dreams inLakeside, this was their first time shopping in many years due to covid and they were nervous. My mum is also disabled. When we arrived in store your team were fantastic they listened to my parents requirement which resulted in us order a new adjustable bed on their first visit, which is fantastic
