We was very impressed with the sales man he was very patient he had excellent knowledge of our needs and would definitely come back to be served by him again

It was our first time ordering a bed and Michael was extremely helpful. He took the time to ensure he understood our needs and price points and was very clear and knowledgeful on all the products. He never felt pushy and we were at ease straight away on this new experience. He was the first to greet us and even after us leaving to have a think about the options he was able to pick back up exactly where we left off. Finally the fact we were able to do split delivery was extremely helpful and meant we could go with our preferred colour, even if we don't have a headboard for a week. I will recommend not only dreams to friends and family but especially the dreams store at lakeside retail.

Richard who helped us was very knowledgable and gave us the time to make an informed decision. He knew about all the manufacturing and lead times and was able to answer all our questions

We struggled to find a mattress we wanted in a few other stores. As soon as we came to Dreams the manager helped us, asked questions, understood what we needed and found us a perfect option. Michael, also took the time to explain the difference in products which was great as it can be overwhelming when there are so many options. Very helpful and excellent customer service. Great asset to the store.

Danny was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and apologised for the problems with the credit application even though it was not the fault of him or Dreams. A credit card had fraudulently been applied for in my name which made the application more difficult. Was a pleasure to do business at your store.

Maria was so helpful! She did the sleep test with us, explained in detail about the products, showed us options. I called her the next day to discuss purchasing a bed to which she spent time on the phone with me finding out information. She called me back when finding out the lead times I asked for and stock availability. I can’t explain how amazing she was. I went back into store to order with her as I knew she would make the experience easy! I cannot wait to receive my bed now!

Sales assistant Maria was extremely kind, very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we wanted. She offered refreshments throughout and made sure we fully understood everything.

Richard was extremely helpful and explained the whole process and answered all our questions. This is execrations the level of service I would have expected and would be more than happy to recommend

Your Sleep Expert Michael was fantastic with his service. Normally our experience is sales people can be abit forceful or don’t listen but Michael was great. He let us try the dream machine that matches to your perfect mattress and was very patient with us. Dreams was the first store we walked in to buy a bed so we was going to spend big money and wanted to take our time. Michael even suggested about the ex showroom mattresses for us to get the mattress we wanted as we couldn’t afford a brand new one. He was completely clear about our options and made us feel like we was getting good value as he explained in depth about the products and he could offer discounts. We wish him well and hopefully Michael can receive some recognition with his great service!
