Dreams - Lakeside

We initially visited Dreams around November 2021 and were assisted by Natalie, however the bed we were looking for was not being manufactured at that time, so Natalie did say to keep an eye out, so we kept checking online, finally the bed was online. As Natalie had been so efficiently helpful in the past we decided to go back to the store and were happy she was there. Natalie was very helpful and patient she was very knowledgeable about the product and hence we placed an order.

As soon as i came into the lakeside store to ask a question the manager was very attentive and friendly and listened to my request,he then passed me over to his colleague explaining what i was looking for and this guy was so friendly and again listened to me and new excatly what would suit me ,i tried the bed mattress finder you have in store and then in my very limited budget had already showed me a suitable mattress which i tried and liked in the store aslo giving me some free offer cushions. He was very knowledge and i was shopping with my son who is asd and he was welcoming to us both. Very rare as normally people look down at him and stare but he was very nice . I have worked in retail for 30 years and this guy was most probably the best sales man i have met . He didnt try and waste my time showing me things i couldnt afford like the numerous shops before that seem to think my budget could double by majic if they showed me a mattress he was very realistic prob as he was the 1st person to actually listen to what i had said about budget etc. 5 stars not sure he could of been any better !!!

I was served by Danny in the lakeside store and made the process of buying a mattress super easy! He approached us and welcomed us to the store and asked if there was anything he could help with and once I told him what I was looking for he showed us a few different options and went into why he thinks they would be best. Gave us two pillows so we could lay down on the beds as well. Offered us bottles of water. Even though he was really helpful he didn’t pressure or follow us around constantly which I really liked but we could go over and speak to him at any time. Once we decided on the mattress he sat us down and took us through the actual selling of the mattress which was easy and even highlighted the extended guarantee as an option for myself as on on my pain points was having a mattress for around a year and it dipping (not bought from dreams) so goes to show he really listened. Really lovely experience

We were assisted by Maria in the Thurrock store. Maria was very helpful and knowledgeable and offered just the right amount of assistance without being too pushy, leaving us to browse but being on hand to answer questions.

Was greeted by Maria and wanted some advice about where to start in buying mattress. She took me through the sleep match tests was very informative about every mattress I tried and in the different options for paying

Natalie offers an extremely consultative and positive approach, she was extremely helpfull at all times, but not overbearing. She was extremely engaging and informative throughout the process and genuinely made purching an enjoyable experience. She is a real standout employee from my perspective.

Was very pleased with Sophie who dealt with our inquiries. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction.
