After having a bad experience with our previous mattress with another retailer, it was a breath of fresh air walking into Dreams and being helped from start to finish with our needs.

Sales rep Ian was very helpful, concise and had the time and patience to find us the right mattress’

The staff were very welcoming and we didn't have to wait long before being assessed on the machine for a mattress. Danny, the member of staff who dealt with us, gave us all the information we needed and gave us the freedom to discuss our options and allow us to select the mattress that suited our comfort requirements while he made us a cup of tea. There was no pressure and we felt very comfortable with his advice. Ordering was easy and we now look forward to receiving our mattress.

Ian who dealt with us gave us time initially to look around and asked if we needed help when he realised we were ready to chat. he was knowledgeable about the products and gave us options whilst offering advice at the same time.

Greeted well on entering store . Not rushed as mother elderly explained in detail the sleep match process reassured my mother about process and went through recommendations in detail. Asked lots of specific questions to ensure product suitability. Very friendly and respectful of my mothers age (90)

We found Richard to be polite , competent and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have been served by him.

From the point of entry until we left, we were taken care off by a very bubbly staff member ( apologies for not remembering his name - was Monday evening, the 31st of Jan, few minutes before closure, a white gent with very short hair/bold). Even if was before closure, at the end of his shift, he was full of energy, took his time to listen to us, recommended the best product to suit our needs, even complimented my nails colour :). Please thank him in our name. Oustanding customer service, great knowledge for the company products, positive attitude.
