Mr. Aftab was extremely pleasant and helpful. Did not over power you like some sales staff do. Will be visiting again soon for another item so hope this member of staff will be around, although other staff in this store seemed really pleasant too. Managed to have a laugh which is always a good way to start the day. He helped with purchasing bedding and looking for some as not all we wanted was on display. He also said about buying two pillows instead of 1 which s great as we will be back soon for these. Regards M. Murray

The assistant was very helpful without being pushy

The staff at Western Avenue were very professional, friendly and knowledgable. I also contacted customer services who were excellent. My experience with dreams is highly recommendable.

I VISTED THE STORE ON 2SEVERAL OCCASIONS BEFORE I MADE A FINAL PURCHASE ON THE 3RD DAY. ON THE FIRST DAY I CARRIED THE WRONG CARD IN MY PURSE. THE SECOND DAY I HAD THE WRONG MEASUREMENTS. I NEEDED A BED A TWO MATTRESSES ONE BEING MY MUM'S I MUST SAY I WAS VERY UNDECISSIVE ABOUT THE MATTRESSES BECAUSE I INITIALLY I WANTED 2 TOP TEMPUR MATTRESSES BUT I FOUND EVEN JUST ONE WAS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. THIS LADY ASSISTANT LYNDA WAS AMAZINGLY PATIENT WITH ME. ON ALL THREE OCCASIONS I WENT TO THE STORE SHE WAS PRESENT BUT HER PROFESSIONALISM AND ATTITUDE WAS THE SAME. SHE TOOK HER TIME TO UNDERSTAND MY NEEDS AND EXPLORED ALL OPTIONS WITH ME (AND I MEAN OVER AN HOUR ON EACH OCCASION BECAUSE I HAD THAT MANY QUESTIONS TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY TO SPEND MY MONEY). I FEEL THAT WITH HER KNOWLEDGE AND PATIENCE I WAS ABLE TO MAKE MY PURCHASES AND AT NO POINT ON THE MY 3 VISITS TO THE STORE DID SHE OR OF OF HER COLLEAGUES MAKE ME FEEL AS THOUGH I WAS NOT VALUED AS A CUSTOMER. Found what I needed, fast attendance from assistant and easy placing of order

Great discount in the winter sales over 50%. Mattress quality was exceptional and staff very helpful and knowledgable.

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted warmly by Linda. She asked if we needed help. Promptly she offered us coffee, tea or water. She was helpful without being overbearing. We explained what we were looking for and she showed us around explaining all the different mattresses and how the colour coding works (which I thought it was just aesthetic). She moved away for us to try the different mattresses and have a discussion but she was always within our eyesight in case we needed her. Once we reached a decision she talked us through the order and delivery process. She went through extras and place our order quickly.

Very polite staff, great quality products and variety of choices.

We were made welcome as soon as we came into the store and offered a beverage from the fridge which was a real nice touch. The workers were very helpful and understood our needs and made it a smooth easy process.
