It was the assistant she made me feel comfortable I felt I had known her for years even though it was the first time I had met her. I am disabled but I felt special on my visit to the store. The store is absolutely spotless and very well displayed and welcoming. Yes I will come back for more items when I need them. Thank you for a brilliant experience. Anna Jordan

I was HIGHLY SATISFIED with the experience at DREAMS. I received constant attention from JEFF who helped me immensley. He offer me a drink. I stated that i needed to buy a bed as I had disabilities and my last dreams mattress needed changing, but he assured that in getting on and off the bed that i was not in any discomfort, ensuring that I had a pillow under my neck to help, as I explined that i had a metal plate in my neck. Actually he even indentified a pillow with springs, which he carried around the entire showroom while I tried the 4 beds which were identified as suitable for my needs. I ended up buying the pillow and have enjoyed using it from that night itself. I have also recommended it to my family, who also suffer with the same degenerative disc dis-order, for that alone he deserves a medal...! He was thorough identifying special offers on the items I could choose from. Plus at the time of payment he went through it all with a fine tooth comb, by that time I had to take a valium to relieve my pain. He couldnt believe someone so young (50) has had to suffer this condition for the past 15 years, because i ID NOT look like I HAD ANY DISABILITIES. He was GREAT!

Great customer service, friendly and welcoming staff, one of the reasons why i choose to return to the store. Highly skilled in knowing their products very well and explaining them to me, directing me to the best possible options I require. The experience with the products in Dreams gets me to visit the store again and again for reliable products.

I was only purchasing a mattress and already knew what I wanted so I did not really require that much assistance

I am very satisfied. On entering the store we were greater by Jeff, he had introduced himself and asked if we required any help. Jeff had helped us with our enquiries and talked us through the finance on the bed. He helped us select a mattress of our desire, encouraging us to use one of the pillows when trying out the comfort of the bed. This is a great aspect of the visit as it helped us on the selection of the bed. Jeff had given us some water and made us feel very comfortable as we went through our purchase and through the checks for finance. He was very friendly always had a smile on his face and helped meet our requirements. He was very genuine and also asked about our upcoming arrival to which made me feel more at ease.
