Jeff Myers is a great sales person, we had great experiences with him. He knows the product and the services very well, high attention to details as well. We were pleased to our visit and made a good deal as well. The bed and mattresses we purchased have good quality. Delivery and assembly staff are very friendly as well, although I don't know their name. Overall, this is a very good shopping experience and we would come back again.

Friendliness and knowledge by Lynda who served us. Were given information and showed the products that suited our requirements the most.

On entering the store we were acknowledged,greeted. Whilst browsing we were offered help,a beverage and informed of the differences between the mattresses I was interested. It was hassle free,non-pressurized. Sometimes you go into shops and feel pounced on as soon as you walk in. Not here. I bought my last mattress from here years ago and definitely will be buying my next.

Shop floor assistant is very helpful and friendly. She manage to answer all our enquiries and offered alternatives too.

The staff member who attended was so helpful and patient while I decided what I wanted. She was friendly , cheerful , very helpful, and courteous . She even offered me cup of tea while we were discussing my purchase. The whole experience was very easy and uncomplicated , and very pleasant. I am delighted with everything.

The Sales Assistant Lynda was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable but not pushy.

because I found what I was looking for with the help of the assistant also I was able to roam around the shop floor and that gave me time to make up my mind.

The person who served me was Jeff he was very attentive in what I needed and a very good sales person

we were greeted offered tea coffee the sales rep made us wellcomed and showed what we wanted and guided us to the best product and price.
