I was instantly noticed and offered assistance by Mr. Jeff. He didn't pressure or try to hide facts about the things I bought or delivery time. He offered water and both efficient and friendly

We were warmly welcomed as soon as we entered the store. We were offered a drink. The person serving us tried to get us an earlier delivery date. When I said I hadn't received the invoice email I was called back letter to check that it had arrived.

M.Waseem he was very patient, kind ,he took his time to explained to me the questions I asked about the mattress.As I suffer with arthritis he offered to me chair ,asked me if I wanted water ,I needed He gave me a small bottle of water which I was very grateful.He made it easy for me to buy the mattress and pillow I needed. We bought our current bed from Dreams possibly 10 years ago. We were impressed at that time with the assistance we were given. We therefore decided to return to Dreams. Lynda, the assistant was very polite and understood our requirements and pointed us in the right direction. She advised about the removal of our current mattress and we went through the ordering with ease. We felt quite happy when we left.
