Linda at the Western Avenue, was super helpful and explained all the options regarding matress type for my needs, delivery, guarantees and extra items. Absolutely superb member of staff.

Lynda how served me in East Acton store was very very helpful, showing us different products, going through all the details, as well as this she was friendly and offered us a tea or coffee.

The member of staff who assisted was very receptive and welcoming. she took the time to explain the every aspect of the product that I was purchasing making.

Lynda was very patient with me and worked closely with me to find the best deal working within my commercial constraints which I shared with her. I didnt want to exceed £300 for mattress and other things I wanted.

Immediately polite and welcoming. Allowed us the freedom to browse at ease and try the beds. Provided us with water and coffee very much appreciated as we had just finished from work.

Muhammad was very helpful in helping us chose between a few different bed frames, we finally chose one after the help of Muhammad. He answered all our questions and told us about the best deals, he also gave us personal opinion on witch bed he would choose. He explained all about the delivelry time and how the day would go.

Me and my husband where given the chance to take all the time we needed to test several beds. The shop attendant was not pushy, was kind and explained all the benefits and differences between the different mattresses. Can't wait to get the mattress next tuesday :)

Jeff was very helpful and patient with us as we are rather old. He explained everything carefully and didn't rush us. We would have liked to spend less money but guess you are as competitive as all the other bed manufacturers.
