From the moment we walked in Lynda the sales assistant welcomed us, when we said we were browsing, she offered us drinks and allowed us to look around without being pushy. When we were ready to ask questions she was there and showed us around advising and listening to our needs. Gave her advice when asked and knew her beds and mattresses. She never once tried to steer us to expense items that we could not afford but recommended within our budget. She was pleasant and courtesy the whole time. We were not intending to buy that day but because of her help and advice we found just what we were looking for and placed an order. Not once did we feel pressured to purchase. We were very satisfied with the whole experience and actually had fun. Lynda's approach was extremely friendly and she made us feel comfortable and able to trust her advice.

Great service and was seen to immediately after we walked into the store. We were after a mattress and two pillows. Unfortunately the size of the mattress we were after was not available at the store so we were only able to get two pillows. This was unfortunate as the service was excellent and it would have been great to get all items from the same place. We were offered a beverage which I found really lovely. The store was very tranquil which I really liked. I look forward to visiting the store again in the future.

Jeff advised me of the various categories of mattress construction ie: Gold, Green, Red & Purple. He advised different types of pillow to get the best lay, but for me, most importantly, after explaining the different constructions & drawing my attention to the special offers he knew when to go away & leave me to try several mattresses, make a short list, continue round until I chose the one I felt best with. I dont respond to pressure sales or someone hanging onto me ! He remained on call when I had more specific questions.
