Very lovely helpful salesman. In fact we had already gone to warren Evans and a similar mattress was cheaper but I wanted to buy from this particular salesman as he was so helpful.

Good selection of products. Lynda served us, she made us a cup of tea and was very patient and professional

I am very happy with the hospitality of the Dreams staff, their product knowledge and their efforts taken to make sure I had all my questions and doubts well answered and to my satisfaction. Waseem the sales person was very friendly, his hospitality was exceeding expectations, his product knowledge not only was it good but also assured me that I was making the right decision in choosing Dreams over other sellers. The price paid is worth every penny, hoping the product will be as good as expected and as seen on the display at the shop. Looking forward to getting the bed soon.

From the moment we walked in we were offered a tea or coffee, it was a very relaxed atmosphere and we didn't feel any pressure to order. We had plenty of time and help choosing our perfect bed.

We were asked if we would like any assistance from a rather mature gentleman (who's name escapes me). He was probably one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, caring and pleasant assistant's I have ever met - in a word a Gentleman! And trust me, as someone who has been in the service industry for decades - I'm a cynic when it comes to these things. Dreams are very fortunate to have Jeff (just looked his name up) working for them. I would like people such as Jeff working for my company. Thanks John O'Leary
