the staff were extremely helpful. They asked questions to try and understand my back problems so that they were able to give the correct advice and show me the most suitable products.

The adviser Jeff was on hand from the moment we walked in and knew the products very well. He brought good experience and instinct to the situation and knew when to leave us alone and when to step in and help. The products seemed great quality, and good variety - we ended up buying both a bed and a mattress instead of just a mattress as originally intended. The only slight disappointment was that we came because we thought the items were on sale until tuesday - as per the radio advert - but everything was simply 'as priced' in the store.

Super clean nice store in Acton. Had fun doing the comfy test on all he beds. Aftab who was working and helped us with our purchase was funny, friendly and helpful and we are super excited for our mattress!!!
