Lynda the staff member was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about her products. We were welcomed offered a drink and Service was carried in a professional manner and everything that we required was sorted (delivery of bed, pick up of old bed and explanation of what service would be offered on the day)

When we arrived we were immediately greeted and we were explained the colour coding system and the listed prices, as well as being offered a drink. We were recommended to try out a pillow to bring around to test out the beds, and after we had looked at several, Jeff came back around to see if we had any questions and explain the various features we could get including a bed frame and the under bed storage options. He was incredibly helpful and offered advice while perfectly hitting the balance of attentive without being pushy. The selection of mattresses was wonderfully extensive without being overwhelming and the pillow Jeff suggested was the most beautifully comfortable pilllow in the world. When we had settled on which mattress, the purchasing process was simple and quick and we were shown the warrantee that we could get, and which delivery slots were available for the next month. We ended up choosing the soonest delivery day, which was only three days later. Overall, I was incredibly satisfied with the service I received and how incredibly easy and straightforward (and completely stress-free) the whole process was!

Jeff was an extremely good salesman who was very polite and professional and knowledgeable of all the products. He made it very easy for us to choose when it came to picking out a bed that fitted our needs and took his time while dealing with us as customers but also made the whole thing seem very quick and easy. A+

We were highly satisfied with the Customer Service at Dreams. We were approached at a professional manner when we entered the store and asked if we needed any help. We had already decided on what we wanted to buy before entering the store so Linda dealt with our order , she also offered us some tea/coffee whilst she was processing our order. Linda was very helpful and friendly and we were highly satisfied on the customer service. We have bought our previous beds and mattresses from Dreams and would certainly recommend Dreams to our family and friends.

Jeff who was there to help us was very helpful. He showed as all the options of matresses and all the price ranges, when we told him our budget he then narrowed the choices to come within that, he also recommended us the pillows. He offered us tea / coffee and once we had decided the ordering process was very swift and easy.

Saba was our sales assistant - she was knowledgable and cheery. She didn't try and up-sell too much and showed us products that were in our budget. She explained differences between products well so we could make an informed decision.

Plenty of staff to help, very friendly. Good range of items from budget to very expensive so catering for all budgets. Only criticism is that price labels are a bit of a mystery to interpret. I appreciate there are lots of variables to cover but sometimes its difficult to know what the price refers to.
