SALES ASSISTANT WAS VERY HELPFULL AND SHE HAD VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ALL THE ITEMS WE WERE INTERESTED. I WOULD DEFINETLEY COME BACK TO THE STORE.

I was welcomed and assisted well by staff member JEff Myers in the Acton BRanch. I also liked the team work and professionalism between Jeff and his colleague Wassim ( I think) who assisted me with mattresses. I was offered water and assisted to my car with part of my luggage. Jeff was kind enough to call insurance regarding a query l had about cosmetic damage due to my son's disability. He went through the terms and details patiently and ensured l understood everything before signing.

Waseem our sales assistant was really helpful and tried to make sure we got the best price.

Immediately entering the store at Dreams Western Avenue, we were greeted by the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming. The staff were very efficient and knowledgeable of what they were doing, and one staff member in particular (Mehran Hussain) helped us with everything we needed. saba was the lady who assisted me and my cousin throughout, she offered us water ,tea or coffee. I wanted 3 beds 2 single frames for my 15 year boy twins and a small double bed fro my 6f 2' 17 year old. Saba took around the shop showing us different frames and beds and also explaining the difference between the traditional and 3000 product mattresses. She further showed me other products on line, we eventually after much delibration made our choice. In addition to that she introduced the bed cover service plan which l opted for.
