I was served by Lynda who was really friendly and knowledgeable and gave me the confidence to place the order and to add matching items. She demonstrated the quality of the product by showing me every part of it and by comparing with other similar products. I also had a lovely chat with other staff as they helped one another and I was offered a drink also which was pleasant.The store is very convenient also for me as it's my local.

Expert advice from friendly non pushy assistant

The staff member who served me was very welcoming, pleasant and above all extremely knowledgeable. I went into the store no knowing exactly what I needed but Jeff was so competent that after a little while I was confident in what he was recommending. I needed a mattress for my 10 year old son but wasn't sure what kind I should buy and Jeff was extremely helpful. I even got a mattress protector with my eight year mattress guarantee.

Lynda was excellent she told me that I could upgrade my slats because I didn't like that the slats that was on the bed I was about to buy gave us and my mother a bottle of water Satand talk to us about tthe product we were buying she was very very good very good

We bought beds in the Cricklewood branch many years ago & were highly satisfied with those, so we naturally went back to Dreams as a first step, at a branch near our home when we needed to buy again. We were delighted with the assistance from extremely friendly staff, liked your products and so have bought from Dreams again..

On Sunday 20th November 2016, my mother purchased a reclining bed from Dreams in Acton - West London. We were served by Waseem. He was absolutely wonderful and extremely professional. He gave us all of the information we needed in relation to the reclining bed which was very important. My mother suffers with Parkinson's Disease and really struggles with getting in and out of bed, therefore it was very important to her to have a new bed that will make her life a lot easier and giving her a good night’s sleep. Waseem had an excellent knowledge of the bed we wanted to purchase, he clearly showed us all of the features of the bed and then he showed us in full detail the payment plan for the reclining bed. He made us feel extremely welcome and made us all coffee and thanks to Waseem and his excellent customer service skills, my mother now has a bed that will make her life much easier. 10 out of 10. Many thanks for an absolutely brilliant service Waseem.

We were assisted by Dreams staff named JEFF who was very accommodating and ready to show us the best product you have. He is Very friendly and he gave us options and informations on the products we need to buy.
