We were greeted as we walked in to Dreams by friendly and knowledgable staff. We told them what we were looking for and Lynda showed us different beds that we could choose from at no time we were given the hard sell approach and tried a few beds while we were there. Simon was courteous to us and very patient. He told me of my options, he explained all the services which were on offer such as disposal of old bed and things and he made it very simple. My only "complaint" is that he did not remind me to pick up a booklet on my way out so that I could order some bedroom furniture. However, as you are only round the corner from where I live that will not be a problem.
