I've been using a Dreams mattress and pillow for years. I would recommend it to everyone. Before becoming a client I would wake up almost always with pain in my back. Using Dreams products solved this! So when the time came to buy a new mattress I didn't think twice on where to go. The staff in store where as always helpful, professional and very competent. We didn't visit the store specifically to purchase a mattress on that day, just really to see what was available as we usually purchase all large household items from that well known store in Oxford Street. We found the atmosphere relaxed and quiet and we had ample time to test all of the mattresses. Mohammed approached and asked if we would like some help, we gave him our preferences and he directed us to the mattresses he thought would suit. Our mattress was delivered on the day we were allocated and within the time slot advised. Delighted with our purchase.....got the right advice in store.
