The customer sevice agent, Saba, who helped us was very helpful and friendly. The process was quick and easy and the bed we bought was a great deal!

I was seen to straight away when walked in and was helped throughout my visit it didn't take long for the member of staff to find what I was looking for and also took her time to tell me the different methods of payment that was available to me. Once that was explained she then went on to tell me about delivery and it was free Monday-Friday but £12 extra for a Saturday. I then questioned if she knew how much it was to take my old mattress away which was £28 for a double I also took that option out with my purchase. I was happy with the service and look forward to getting my new bed and trying it out.

Came to Dreams store in Acton to buy a new mattress. The staff came straight to help. I had I chance to try many mattresses. I've chose the mattress and the rest was straight forward, very easy and quick to place an order and arrange a delivery. The store staff was very helpful.

Simon and his manager ware very helpfull in term of finding the bed we needed. We ware offered tea or water while we ware waiting the product.

Simon was very friendly knowledgable and enthusiastic about the product and brand. His customer service was excellent a true asset to your brand. He gave us the relevant information but enough time to digest and contemplate. The service we received gave us the confidence to buy with him.

Last week I went to John Lewis to purchase my mattresses, I was buying 3 in total, but I was very disappointed with their customer service, and therefore did not wish to purchase from them. I am happy I chose to go to Dreams.
