This was my first visit ever to the Dreams Store, your colleague Ms Lynda was amazing and helped us a lot to get what we wanted. To my surprise we had finished buying everything in just 30 minutes with all paper work for finance etc done. This is the reason I am highly satisfied with the service I have received. I hope I will have the same experience for the product and after sales services too. Thank you Lynda and all at Dreams.

The young man who dealt with my transaction was very knowledgeable and helped me too get a very good deal I was very happy with his help, he also left my self and sister just to go around trying out different beds, he never kept asking us if we were ready or stayed with us which was very helpful as you get nervous when someone is always looking over your shoulder, also offered us tea or coffee which was a nice touch, his name was waseem at the Acton store

This was our third purchase, the first purchase the sales person wasn't approachable and and friendly, but the second and third time we went to the same person who was very calm and supportive with our purchase.

We found Lynda very helpful from the moment we walked into the showroom helped us choose our bed offered us a cup of coffee Lynda took her time never rushed us at all. The shop was quite at the time which was good for us but Lynda helped us a lot and we are pleased with our choice we hope the bed is as comfortable to sleep on as it was to lay on in the showroom.

Lynda was excellent at your East Acton branch on the a40. She spent time understanding my needs and then showed her knowledge and understanding by finding what I needed from my mattress. She explained all and then aided me in making the right decision. After this arranging for delivery went smoothly. Great customer service. Thank you very much.
