The staff at dreams were very welcoming and gave me directions what I asked them. The place was extremely clean and also had the bed on sight I was looking for. The staff were very friendly and made me feel like home. They even offered me a drink.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. She cut no corners and explained and went out of her way to try and meet my needs.

The assistant (Linda) was incredibly helpful, and we struck up a good rapport during my visit. She understood my needs, were able to explain the difference between different mattress and helped me set up the finances, and even helped me deliver some items to my car. The only glitch was the computer system, which did not seem to accept a correct birth date, despite attempts by Linda and a follow-on phonecall with headquarters, so it took sometime to get the finance arranged satisfactorily. Overall, a good experience.

The sales associate approached me immediately upon arrival to check if I needed help. She then showed me the mattress I was looking for and let me know the various features. She was friendly and not over bearing and let me take my time in trying the mattress. She was also able to find me a deal for the bed insurance if I bought a mattress protector.

The sales team knew about the stock and advised accordingly, encouraged me to really try out the mattresses and they were in no rush just to make a sale.
