Dreams - Acton

When I visited the shop, whilst choosing my bed, my mother was looking around and found some duvet covers on sale. We then decided to buy two of them and when we made the payment, the shop assistant told us that the price shown was wrong and we end up paying more than the price showed on the tag.

Everything was excellent. One small complaint, it was a hot May evening and the store heating was on

We were highly satisfied with our experience at this Dreams because we were welcomed very well by the assistant, Mr Zahur, who was dedicated to suit our needs and to find what we were looking for. Furthermore, he carried out the process of payment and organising delivery swiftly, as well as informing us on the discount that Dreams had on that day.

Sales assistant Lynda very helpful and patient with a dithering client suffering with vast range of options. All staff friendly and engaging. Store staff made it a pleasure to shop there.

Sales assistant was knowledgeable and there when we needed her, but otherwise was discrete and left us to our decision making without being pushy.

My friend and I visited the store on 20th May 2017 to have a look around at beds. We were very impressed with the young gentleman called Simon who was very helpful and polite. My friend Marie bought a new bed, headboard, etc. She was absolutely delighted to find such a great selection of beds and service. Thank you for your help.

The staff was very informative and knew how to answer our questions, listened to what we were looking for and gave us all the options available

Linda - Sales Assistant listened to my needs. I needed to purchase this bed in an emergency situation. Her Guidance allowed me to think through more carefully what I really needed in this moment - getting a "good bed" for my 81 yr old Mother suffering from Alzheimer's.
