My order had been kept/ passed onto her colleague (with name) next morning ever it was 5 minutes ago before the end of the opening hour via tel. inquiry. We also were assured that your computer showed the availability of the specific item was ok. On asking the item I need your staff (though not the named person via previous phoncall) presented our requirement left by her and carry on the order processes straightaway, Meanwhile we went through the delivery schedule to see what is the fast/ best one.

Am a Dream's customer, having tried their products and services and being fully satisfied. The show room is enormous with a huge range of products to chose and satisfy your need and tardy. In addition, a very well presented, qualified staff doing their utmost to help you finding what you need, explains variety of choices and making the customer feel that he is not just a buyer.

My father was returning home after heart bypass surgery, and I had just come over from Germany to help organise his apartment for him. His hospital checkout happened earlier than scheduled, and I needed a bed/mattress/pillow within a day. Saba and Abidi at your store were immensely helpful in organising an appropriate bed, and a mattress at the slough store. I really appreciate the professional 'solution oriented' approach that Saba had in getting the bed from her store, and finding the right mattress at any other available store. Abdi was a great help in store too, and eventually in helping install the bed at home too.
