THE STAFF THATV ATTEND WAS EXTREMELY GOOD FOR JOB LINDA WAS TOO GOOD LISTENING TO ME AND QUITE UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WANT AND SHE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE, IF COMPARE TO OTHER SHOP AND CUSTOMER SATISFICATION GRANTTEED IN ALL YOUR PRODUCTS.

Linda is an accomplished salesperson with thorough knowledge of the products in store/display and excellent customer facing manners. This is the third bed I purchase from this store and in two occasions I was assisted by Linda, I cannot commend her highly enough

The man who served us was very helpful. His name was Adil (British/ Somali) he spent a lot of time talking to my partner and myself about our options, and even kept my son entertained with a joke or two. He answered all our questions and was very polite from start to finish.

The sales person was very helpful and took the time to understand my needs I got free pillows too so I was very happy

I went into dreams at East Acton London. The man who served me was Abdi was very friendly and helpful. Offered a drink on arrival. I walked out of there happy

Lynda was very helpful and welcoming, making us feel at ease in the store and offering us refreshments. We were advised on products that fell within our quoted budget and never felt any pressure to go above our budget which was very refreshing. On returning to the store on a later date to complete the order and arrange delivery, Lynda once again was very friendly and completed our order while keeping us fully informed of the process. We have yet to receive the order and therefore cannot yet comment on the product quality but the in-store experience was beyond reproach.

My husband and I received the care and understanding for what we were looking for.
