Our visit at Dreams was highly satisfying because as soon as we stepped foot into the store, in Acton, we were immediately approached by one of the colleagues, (Asad), who was very friendly. His assistance allowed us to look for the bed we wanted in a matter of minutes, which was really helpful and convenient as it was close to closing time. As well as that he even offered us water or coffee to drink which brightened up my mood and we also got to learn more about the beds, their types, how they were manufactured and the various sizes of beds. Therefore, the great amount of hospitality, assistance and good prices, our experience at your store was highly satisfying.

Nevil the store manager provided a very highly satisfactory customer service. He was very attentive and recommended products to our needs. He explained the types of beds in detail and advised of the best possible option. We were very happy and content with our purchase.

Saba who attended to me was very pleasant and helpful. She explained everything to me and also gave me advice.
