I received the best service form abdi from the East Acton branch. Not only was he helpful but very understanding of my needs of what I was looking for. Because of abdi I was able to restore my confidence in shopping for mattresses as I have had very bad experiences in the past.. he was so helpful and kind and I don't think I would have made a purschae if it wasn't for him. I actually came back twice that day to make 2 different purchases.

Did my purchase at Dream Acton. Have been provided with great customer service by Abdi, friendly, knowledgeable guy. He was patient with me while I was trying your products :) Overall experience was great

Got assistance when required but were not pestered by staff but they were available easily when you required thm

I enjoyed being able to feel and compare the beds and see what They were made of. The lady that helped us, Lynda, helped xirect us to beds that worked for both my husband and I, because we sleep differently.

On entering the store, the Sales Assistants welcomed us and let us browse at our leisure. When we eventually narrowed down our choice of beds and mattresses, the Sales Rep, Lynda, was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Lynda, also offered us tea/coffee, a couple of times while processing our order. We have already recommended the Acton store on the A40 to family and friends. Govind Krishnasamy

Was looking for a specific product (Sealy - Latex) and Sab was able to assist us with all the questions we had. In the end we purchased her recomendation. Saba has excellent product knowledge and knows how to allow the customer to experience the mattress.

A good variety of products . I was given time to try the mattresses over coffee. The assistant was very helpful without being too pushy.
