The Dreams assistant Lynda at your Acton store couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant, she answered all our questions and went beyond what I have previously experienced in other stores.

Carlos who helped us on that day was very clear and efficient. Gave us time to ourselves when needed. He did his best to make sure we got what we wanted and made us feel very relaxed.

The staff at the store I believe Sabba and the assistance who stayed and guided us throughout our visit Ali was helpful and very patient with us (especially with a restless kid) as we came in after seeing a product online however it was not available in store. Ali showed us alternatives and gave us tips on mattresses, offered water etc. in the end I ended up with a better mattress than I saw online and I'm glad I went in rathar than purchase online as I probably wouldn't have been happy with my initial selection. always better to test them in person I guess.

Saba, sales assistant in your Acton store, provided an excellent customer experience for my husband and I. She has very courteous, highly aware of covid/ hygiene needs of us the customer. She had very good knowledge of the bed products available in Dreams. She provided all the information we needed. She made our whole buying experience a pleasure and we would certainly go back to Acton store again the buy another bed in the future and look for Saba to assist us.
