I was offered tea and coffee. Abdi was extremely helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain the various beds. His knowledge was outstanding and he made me feel at ease. I enjoyed chatting to him and he made the whole experience a breeze. Thank you Abdi! Happy new year!

The staff instore were personable, friendly and had outstanding product knowledge. We were fussy, and indecisive, but the team were so patient and helped us through each step. It was very easy! Walked in and out in 45 minutes. Also, I must note how fantastic the delivery and assembly team were. Professional and friendly - felt really comfortable with the guys, and nothing was too big of an ask. Highly recommended!

I cannot praise Saba, the Manager on Western Avenue/Acton and her team highly enough. She was good enough to allow me to come in even after they had technically closed for the day, and on Boxing Day at that; gave me a much appreciated cup of tea, superb advice and every possible help in solving a problem resulting from dealing with a different manufacturer/supplier of beds. I was hugely impressed with the apparent quality of the products (a Nelson Bedstead and Bedgebury 2000 Mattress) and their preparedness to meet my slightly complicated delivery requirements. Well done to the team!

The sales rep, Dipeche was very friendly and gave advice and information appropriately. The overall customer experience was high and we felt well looked after throughout. We also almost forgot an item and were prompted before leaving the store to not forget our pillow.
